Returns and exchanges
All products purchased online have a strict no-returns/no-refund policy.
Exchanges are done on a case-to-case basis. All products have to be in original packaging & in mint condition, with an original receipt, in order for an exchange to be considered.
Once approved, exchanges will be done for equal value or higher than the purchase value. There will no partial refund if an item of lesser value is chosen.

To ensure maximum hygiene standards, we are unable to facilitate exchanges due to changes of mind.

Do Note: All items must be in original condition, sealed & unused for an exchange to be done.
Items that have been opened will be void of return/exchanges. Please do check your items before opening them.
All exchanges are to be done in-store to ensure better understanding of what the customer is looking for.
This also ensures a smooth transaction as there is no turnaround time for the item to be received & for quality-checks to be approved before an exchange can be done.
In the event that you are unable to exchange your items in-store, all costs of delivery & handling will be bourne by the customer.
All exchanges are one-off & final. An original receipt will have to be furnished for any exchanges to be considered.
